What this site collects, and what Margie does with it.
Last updated October 30, 2026.
What we collect
Only what you choose to type into the contact form: your name, phone number, email address, what you’re interested in and your message. When you send the form, the time and your device’s IP address are included so spam can be filtered out.
How it’s used
Your message is emailed to Margie so she can answer your real estate questions. It is never sold or rented, and it is not shared with anyone for marketing.
What this site does not do
- No cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking pixels.
- No third-party scripts or fonts. Everything loads from margiestibora.com.
How long it’s kept
Messages are kept in Margie’s email for as long as needed to help you. To help block spam, the website briefly keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of the sender’s IP address.
Questions or requests
To ask about or delete a message you sent, email margie@margiestibora.com or call or text 979-412-4401.
Links to the Texas Real Estate Commission and other outside websites are covered by those sites’ own policies.
