Margie Stibora, CRS, GRI is the experienced broker who leads the Key Team. She is a seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years of real estate experience in Bryan-College Station. Kathryn Smith
Kathryn Smith is the Key Team’s Buyer Specialist. As a buyer specialist, Kathryn specializes in representing our buyers and assisting them through the stages of searching for a property, negotiating contracts, and seeing the purchase through to closing. Kathryn strives to please each of our clients by giving them all the time, effort and energy needed to ensure that they find the perfect home while making the buying process fun and enjoyable. Kathryn is an Aggie mom with 2 adult children and resides in College Station with her husband Bobby and their 2 Pugs.

Kristen Breitling
Kristen Breitling is the Transaction Coordinator for the Key Team. A proud graduate of Texas A&M University with a background in communication and professional writing, Kristen is in charge of providing helpful service to current clients in the process of buying or selling their home. She oversees the details of the purchase and sale agreements throughout the buying and selling process. She initiates and maintains contact with all relevant parties-clients, agents, mortgage brokers, escrow officers, pest inspectors, building inspectors, appraisers and work order contractors, ensuring that any contingencies are cleared, each deadline is met and that all documents are in order prior to closing.

Ellen Palomo
Ellen Palomo is the Marketing Specialist for the Key Team. A proud graduate of Texas A&M University with a background in marketing and communications, Ellen is in charge of marketing our listings as well as the Key Team in effective and creative ways. Full of ideas and the skill to implement cutting edge marketing strategies, Ellen keeps the Team plugged in to the latest trends that propel our team and sell our listings. She and her husband Jesús live in College Station with their son.
Seth Horton
Seth Horton is the Key Team Office Assistant. A current student at Texas A&M, Seth is an important member of the team who contributes his effort and skill wherever they are needed. On a typical day, he can be found updating the Team’s online listings, helping with various tasks around the office, and filling brochure boxes throughout town. Seth is originally from Jacksonville, TX and is a proud member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2012.
