The Joy of Living in Aggieland

It’s likely no surprise to Aggies, but College Station has once again been named as a “Top College Town”, this time by Southern Living’s “Top Southern College Towns” Report.

Among the highlights? The Dixie Chicken, Northgate, Martin’s Place BBQ, and the events and nightlife in Downtown Bryan. Residents of BCS know that these are just a few of the things to do in our community- the crowning glory clearly being Texas A&M itself. What could be better than being a part of the deafening 12th Man in Kyle Field when the Wrecking Crew is in full force? Or a walk down Military Walk on a cool fall evening with the chimes of Albritton Tower echoing on the wind? Or the goosebumps you get when hearing the Aggie Band step off from the Quad? Isn’t it great to live in such a wonderful town…that’s centered around the best, most tradition rich university in the nation? I think so.
