Derby Days Fundraiser

On May 1st, Margie and Kathryn attended the Brazos Valley Symphony’s annual “Derby Days” fundraiser with KBTX’s news anchor Meredith Stancik and her husband, KBTX reporter Shane McAuliffe. The event took place at the College Station Hilton, where attendees enjoyed live music (furnished by the Symphony), dinner, dancing, and a live tv viewing of the Kentucky Derby. The evening also included a hat contest and parade as well as a live and silent auction. All proceeds of the event benefitted the educational and community outreach programs of the Brazos Valley Symphony.
